1. Move the resistor:
In Figure 1, move the resistor between pads 2 and 3 to between pads 3 and 4 for the purpose of using the IPEX4 antenna pedestal shown in Figure 2

2. Use the IPEX-4 to SMA adapter cable:
Connect the external antenna with the IPEX-4 to SMA adapter cable to complete the replacement, as shown in Figure 3 below.
